🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sales management software such as Salesforce or CRM systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the retail or distribution industry is a plus
