📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with banking partners to understand their customer needs and design tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance industry.
• Develop and present insurance proposals to banking partners, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
• Provide ongoing support and training to banking partners to ensure a smooth implementation of our insurance solutions.
• Monitor the performance of our insurance products and provide feedback to improve their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide innovative solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and plans for the bancassurance business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in a bancassurance role.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
