Lead and mentor the Solutions Architecture team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.,Drive innovation in platform solutions, ensuring our architecture meets the highest standards of scalability, security, and performance.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.,Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our platform solutions.,Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality code and architecture.,Define and enforce best practices for architecture and design, ensuring consistency across the organization.,Represent Stripe at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader tech community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.,Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.,Experience with cloud platforms and architectures, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proven leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.,Familiarity with financial services and payment platforms is a plus.
