📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities and events, ensuring they align with company values and goals.
• Coordinate with local communities, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver engaging and impactful programs.
• Support the development and implementation of event strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Assist in the organization of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring they are well-received and impactful.
• Provide administrative support to the community engagement and events team, including data entry, document management, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and follow-up communications.
• Contribute to the development of community engagement reports and presentations, highlighting key achievements and insights.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of community engagement activities and event outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality management, tourism, event management, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community engagement, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Passion for community engagement and a commitment to making a positive impact in the local community.
