Macro-Integration is seeking an Assistant Software Engineer (PLC / SCADA) to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team developing advanced industrial automation solutions for global clients. You will work with cutting-edge tools like Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and SCADA systems to design and implement automation systems for various industries.

As an Assistant Software Engineer (PLC / SCADA), you will collaborate with engineers and clients to understand their needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions. You will also participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' automation systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA systems using Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and test automation solutions for various industries.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Document technical processes and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in system integration and commissioning activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA software like WinCC, FactoryTalk, or Ignition.
• Knowledge of PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with engineers and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
