In this role, you will be responsible for drafting detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. You will also create samples that demonstrate the quality and finish of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the drafting process, ensuring all technical drawings and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
• Create high-quality samples that demonstrate the finish and quality of our products.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that samples are produced according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on samples to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Assist in the development of new product designs and improvements to existing ones.
• Maintain a detailed record of all drafting and sampling activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff in drafting and sampling techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and sampling, with a focus on product finishing.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
