📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of project development, from initial planning to final construction,Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes and regulations,Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals for construction projects,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets project specifications,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules,Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project strategies and solutions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in residential construction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and project leadership,Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
