📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.,Develop and implement individual care plans for patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor and maintain patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.,Assist in staff training and development, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
