In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and market practices. You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with company goals and market practices.,Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.,Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and implement compensation programs.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to HR staff on compensation-related matters.,Prepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using compensation and benefits software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with market salary surveys and benchmarking practices.
