📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
