PT Cendana Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain procurement documents and records.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
