Crown Spot Dinamis is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about procurement and has a strong understanding of the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities to support the financial planning process.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
