In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our reception area, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the office environment and assisting with administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing the guest book, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with office tasks as needed, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate with relevant parties as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting a positive and professional image.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
