🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CRNA) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
