📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Conduct and oversee laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations, with a proven track record in leading a team.,Certification in relevant laboratory standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GLP, GMP).,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using laboratory software and data management systems.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance principles.
