Nest Moon Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Palembang. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.,This is a hybrid role, which means you will spend some time in the office and some time working remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.,Train and motivate staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.,Manage budgets and ensure that the store is operating profitably.,Work with the regional manager to ensure that the store is meeting company-wide goals.,Conduct regular audits of the store to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel to different locations within the region.
