📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers and onboarding details.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
