📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the pharmacy's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Support the team in achieving the pharmacy's sales and service goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in pharmacy or business administration is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
