📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems for various merchants.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for POS equipment.
• Conduct system diagnostics and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Train merchants on the use and maintenance of their POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Document all service calls and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest POS technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in POS system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with POS systems from manufacturers like Ingenico, Verifone, or Clover.
• Knowledge of mobile and cloud-based POS solutions.
• Certification in POS system repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and own motorcycle for efficient service delivery.
