📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Conduct regular checks and maintenance on servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide technical support to users and ensure their IT needs are met.,Document all maintenance activities and keep records of IT equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT maintenance and support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
