🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Proven expertise in Cold Kitchen or Asian Cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Valid food handler's certificate
