📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise the team, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
