Sentral Wati Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and wants to make a difference in our restaurant's operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain transactions.,Identify and implement improvements to our supply chain processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.,Provide regular reports to management on the status of our supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to food and beverage is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
