Space Link Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Understanding of basic accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
