Hotel Elsa Fruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest best practices and procedures.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
