🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, digital payments, or related fields.,Proven experience in managing operations teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of digital payment systems and financial regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and financial services landscape is a plus.,Experience with digital wallet platforms and fintech solutions is a plus.
