📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Managing and training retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Promoting products and services to attract and retain customers.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.,Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
