📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and efficiency.,Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.,Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial goals are met.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to enhance the company's financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
