📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs
• Lead a team of backend developers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
