📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee inquiries and concerns,Support the HR team in the preparation of reports and data analysis,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus
