In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs and servicing of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Track and report on vehicle usage and performance metrics.,Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and other administrative tasks.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.
